Artwork Proofing Process
Where your product requires customised artwork, we may ask you to approve an artwork proof before production begins. The logos, images, wording and other customisation details submitted with your order will be used to prepare the final artwork.
Where applicable, we will send you a proof showing how your finished artwork will appear. Please check all details carefully, including spelling, colours, positioning and sizing. Production will only begin once we have received your approval.

Delivery Information
Where an artwork proof is required, your estimated delivery time begins after the proof has been approved. Once we have received your approval, your order will enter production. Production times vary depending on the product and the level of customisation required.
When production is complete, your order will be carefully checked, packaged and dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery normally takes approximately 2–3 working days from dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information when your order leaves us.
